Discolouration or damage caused by chemicals or exposure to extreme conditions.

Settings, chains, or bands (silver or gold-plated) unless specified otherwise.

Repairs or adjustments made by third-party jewellers.

 
How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty inspection or claim:

Include the following in your message: Your order number. A clear description of the issue. Photos of the stone showing the concern (clear and close-up)

 If the issue appears to be covered, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 We may request that you ship the stone back to us for closer inspection.

You are responsible for return shipping costs
We require the use of a tracked courier service for safety reason.
 

What Happens Next

Once we receive your returned item:

Our team will inspect the stone carefully.

If it meets the warranty criteria, we will offer a replacement or, in rare cases, a repair.
